These terms apply whenever you book or play a match through Football Vybz. Please read them before booking.
Bookings and payment
You need a Football Vybz account to book a match. A spot is only confirmed once payment has gone through at checkout. Match prices, dates and capacity are shown on the Games page and may change from time to time.
Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. In short: cancel at least 48 hours before kick-off for a full refund; cancellations after that point aren’t refunded.
Waitlist
If a match is full, you can join its waitlist. If a spot opens up, waitlisted players are notified and can book on a first-come, first-served basis. Joining a waitlist doesn’t guarantee you a spot.
Playing at your own risk
Football is a physical sport and carries a risk of injury. By booking and taking part in a match, you confirm that you’re fit to play and that you take part at your own risk. Football Vybz organises the booking and the pitch, but isn’t responsible for injuries, loss or damage arising from playing, except where that would be unlawful to exclude.
Conduct
Please play fairly and treat other players, and the venue, with respect. We may refuse or cancel a booking for anyone who behaves in a way that puts other players or the venue at risk.
Match changes and cancellations by us
Occasionally we may need to change a match’s time, venue or availability, or cancel it (for example due to the pitch being unavailable). If we cancel a match, everyone booked in will get a full refund.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for the accuracy of the information you give us when registering or booking.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
