48-hour refund window
If you need to cancel your spot, contact us at least 48 hours before the match’s kick-off time and we’ll give you a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of kick-off are not eligible for a refund. If there’s a waitlist for that match, let us know and we’ll try to fill your spot from it, but the refund itself depends on the 48-hour notice above.
How to request a refund
Email us at anthonywhelan.online@gmail.com with your name and the match you booked, and we’ll take it from there.
Cancelled or rescheduled matches
If we have to cancel or reschedule a match ourselves, everyone booked in will get a full refund regardless of when it happens.
