- Account details: the name, email address and password you provide when you register.
- Booking details: which matches you register and pay for, and, where recorded, match results such as goals, assists and cards for matches you played in.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment provider (WooPayments/Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details ourselves.
- Technical data: basic browser and cookie data needed to keep you logged in and to remember what’s in your cart.
Why we collect it
We use this information to create and manage your account, process and confirm match bookings and payments, enforce each match’s spot limit, show you your own booking history and stats, and contact you about a match or your account if needed.
Who we share it with
Payment details are shared only with our payment processor to complete your transaction. We don’t sell or share your personal data with anyone else. WordPress.com, our hosting provider, processes data on our behalf to keep the site running.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep you logged in and to manage your shopping cart during checkout. These are essential to the booking process and can’t be turned off without affecting that functionality.
How long we keep it
We keep account and booking records for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations (for example, records of payments).
